Life And Power IS Through the Spirit,

The Holy Spirit Of God !!!

8 Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, ² because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you^[a] free from the law of sin and death. ³ For what the law was powerless to do because it was weakened by the flesh,^[b] God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh to be a sin offering.^[c] And so he condemned sin in the flesh, ⁴ in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.

⁵ Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires. ⁶ The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace.

⁹ You, however, are not in the realm of the flesh but are in the realm of the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you.

¹¹ And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of^[e] his Spirit who lives in you.

¹⁴ For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God. ¹⁵ The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship.^[f] And by him we cry, “Abba,^[g] Father.” ¹⁶ The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children. ¹⁷ Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.

What was it about Jesus, that everytime He walked in the room, or stood among a crowd, miracles happened..... the deaf heard again, blinded eyes were opened, even the dead came back to life in the power of His word and in the spirit of His presence.

Peace was found in the midst of the turbulant seas, and most of all peace was radiating to the hearts of those who stood close by.

The answer is found here in the book of Romans, and yet today I feel we as the church have lost one of the greatest gifts given by Christ to the church.

The Work of the Holy Spirit.........

My spirit is burdened when I look at the spiritual condition of the church.

We have lost the ability to follow the voice of God, our ears have become deaf to the cry of the Holy Spirit, and we operate in the form of Godliness without the operation of the power that Christ intended for the church.

The church has become powerless for the most part, as a sea of people come into the house of God and leave the same way they came.

How has this happened???  It has happened because there are no seekers...we all talk about worship, worship, worship and oh how I love to worship, but what happened to the seekers???

In the time we live today most church's don't even have alter calls any more, we live in a time where most christians live Sunday To Sunday with very little prayer and very little time spent in the word, much less time sitting at the feet of Jesus, seeking for communion through the power of the Holy Spirit.

 “When the Advocate comes, whom I will send to you from the Father—the Spirit of truth who goes out from the Father—he will testify about me. ²⁷ And you also must testify, for you have been with me from the beginning.

John 16

⁷ But very truly I tell you, it is for your good that I am going away. Unless I go away, the Advocate will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you. ⁸ When he comes, he will prove the world to be in the wrong about sin and righteousness and judgment: ⁹ about sin, because people do not believe in me; ¹⁰ about righteousness, because I am going to the Father, where you can see me no longer; ¹¹ and about judgment, because the prince of this world now stands condemned.

¹² “I have much more to say to you, more than you can now bear. ¹³ But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth.

How can the Spirit of God guide us when we have closed ourselves off from the most precious gift Jesus Died to provide for us...and not to mention is essential for the empowerment of the endtime church of today.

It is not enough to hear the word, know the word and apply the word if we do not have the life giving power of the precious Holy Ghost.

Oh God Help us to seek you, to commune with you in the power of your Spirit...Help us to stop living our lives so selfishly motivated by our own desires and agenda's until we have pushed you out of everything.

The Church is no longer modeling a church powered by the eminant presence and power of God, instead we are a body that has become malnutritioned because we are trying to grow the body of Christ walking more in our flesh than being led by the gift of the precious Holy Ghost.

There is a remnant, a chosen few, that God is calling out to walk fully equipped by the power of His Spirit.  And it is those who will choose to listen and obey, those that will bring back the alters into the house of God and send out a call, for the seekers.....it's more than just standing in a place of worship, it's time to bring about again a hunger in the body of Christ for the power and presence of the Holy Ghost.

We must have the freedom of the operation of the Holy Ghost for the body of Christ to operate as God has intended, the devil wants to stifle it and take it out because he knows without it the church can have love, we can have forgiveness, but we cannot and will not have divine wisdom, divine word of knowledge and we certainly will not walk in the power of God.

Friend, without the operation and the power of the Holy Spirit, people will continue to walk in and out of the church unchanged, bound, sick, and unforgiven.

This world is crying out for help, even though when you look around you see sin and selfish living that dishonors God, but when God looks at the hearts of the world, He see's a heart that truly deep inside is crying out for help and deliverance, and His church has become so unchallenged and so malnutritioned that we are blinded to the spiritual warfare that is truly taking place in this world.

Oh God restore the alters!!! restore times of seeking!!! restore hunger in your church God.

Lord help us to start seeking to be in your presence, Lord, not to get in a hurry God but spend quality time at your feet, seeking to know your heart more and more, as we lay aside the parts of ourself that will ultimately keep us far from you.

Let us hear your voice again, feel you tug at our heart again, as you speak every so clearly....

 O My child how I want to help you; I want to be more real in your life than anything you could ever want or desire, I want to help you overcome all of your doubts and fears, and all of those emotions that would hold you back.

My Spirit is a quickening, life giving power and I have sent it to be your light that will draw you into my presence, for here in my presence darkness cannot stand.  

I have asked you to come, stand in my presence...pray in the spirit, release your heart and cares to me.  I have asked you, Please walk in my spirit for the need is great in this hour to hear my voice.

My still small voice, it will engage your soul in devotion and it will give you direction.

It will be your protection in times of danger or harm.

It will uphold you when the enemy has come to tear you down.

It will be your strength and healing in times of sickness.

It will be your peace in the midst of every storm.

It will shine upon you the light of The Lamb Of God.

The Lamb Is the light, the light of the world, that light that shines in the darkness of every situation of your life. I desire to flood your soul with my heavenly presence and peace.

To endow you with the mighty power of the Holy Ghost, and to draw upon your heart with my light and my love....It's in my presence....

Come seek me..... Come seek me.....
