I remind myself of the time when Jesus was in the garden of getsemiuuie praying until his tears became as drops of blood.

 This was right before he was to be taken and beaten.

Jesus made a profound statement that stills rings in the corridors of time, Lord if it be your will, let this cup pass from me, but never the less not my will but let your will be done.

How could an individual knowing what He was about to face, submit Himself to such torture. It was because Jesus knew what His purpose and calling was for.

He knew that if He allowed His will and not the will of the Father that God's divine purpose would not be accomplished.

So how do we get to the place where we can say God, Not my will but let your will be done?

Paul said it best,  I crucify  the flesh daily that the spirit man might live.

Remember Jesus (the Son of God) had a consistant prayer life that kept Him in tune with God.

 There is what I call the three ingredients that will keep a child of God in tune, Pray, Fast, Study the Word. These three ingredients are the key to crucifying the flesh that the spirit man might live.

When we pray, fast and study Gods word then our will and God’s will line up together. Remember, Jesus was the Word made flesh. God’s word is Jesus speaking to us. It will open up the blinded eyes spiritually and give  unto us revelation to know what God’s will is for our life and give us the ability to deny the flesh and obey the spirit.

Today people want to know what can God do for me? God is our heavenly Father and He knows  what we have need of before we even ask.

 Mathew teaches us to Seek you first the kingdom of God and His rightiousness and allthese things we have need of shall be added unto us.

God knows  what you have need of and will supply those things according to His riches in glory.

 Paul said I pray you prosper and be in good health even as your soul prospers. So, as we draw closer to God He will supply our needs according to His word.

What God is looking for is people that are looking to please Him and do His will and then His word teaches us that He will take care of us.

Our main focus should be on how can we please our heavenly Father.

 Not my will but let your will be done.

Miracles will not be performed by individuals that live a non dedicated life. We are living in a time when all kind of spirits are living not  only outside churches but also are not afraid to sit on the pew beside you.. Why is this so?

It’s because church members are dedicated to this world and not the things of God. Everything is about what I want and not about what God wants. Flesh is running rampant and very few things are done in the spirit because many churches do not have members that are spirit led.

For we are fighting  a Spiritual warfare. Jesus fought it when He was here and we are still fighting it today.

Jesus knew the only way to combat these evil spirits was thru Prayer, fasting, and the Word, and He was the Word and He is still the Word today.

Remember when the spirit led Jesus in the wilderness  fasting for forty days and nights, 

He came  out of the wilderness, the devil  having tempted Him three times. The devil was not successful because the spirit man in Jesus was stronger than the flesh man because Jesus crucified His flesh through prayer and fasting.

Remember prayer, fasting and the word is the key to Never The less Not my Will But Thy  will Be Done.
