Psalm 65

65 Praise waiteth for thee, O God, in Sion: and unto thee shall the vow be performed.

² O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come.

³ Iniquities prevail against me: as for our transgressions, thou shalt purge them away.

⁴ Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple.

⁵ By terrible things in righteousness wilt thou answer us, O God of our salvation; who art the confidence of all the ends of the earth, and of them that are afar off upon the sea:

⁶ Which by his strength setteth fast the mountains; being girded with power:

⁷ Which stilleth the noise of the seas, the noise of their waves, and the tumult of the people.

⁸ They also that dwell in the uttermost parts are afraid at thy tokens: thou makest the outgoings of the morning and evening to rejoice.

⁹ Thou visitest the earth, and waterest it: thou greatly enrichest it with the river of God, which is full of water: thou preparest them corn, when thou hast so provided for it.

¹⁰ Thou waterest the ridges thereof abundantly: thou settlest the furrows thereof: thou makest it soft with showers: thou blessest the springing thereof.

¹¹ Thou crownest the year with thy goodness; and thy paths drop fatness.

¹² They drop upon the pastures of the wilderness: and the little hills rejoice on every side.

¹³ The pastures are clothed with flocks; the valleys also are covered over with corn; they shout for joy, they also sing.

Selah !!!

I sing and shout for joy today at the awesomeness of our God, who deserves all Glory!! Honor!! and Praise!!

His Word will never fail us and His spirit  will never leave us comfortless.

He is our light in the midst of all darkness and evil, His angels were created to serve and fight for us in the heavens and on the earth.

So Let us Praise His HOLY NAME !!!

Psalm 66

66 Make a joyful noise unto God, all ye lands:

² Sing forth the honour of his name: make his praise glorious.

³ Say unto God, How terrible art thou in thy works! through the greatness of thy power shall thine enemies submit themselves unto thee.

⁴ All the earth shall worship thee, and shall sing unto thee; they shall sing to thy name. Selah.

⁵ Come and see the works of God: he is terrible in his doing toward the children of men.

⁶ He turned the sea into dry land: they went through the flood on foot: there did we rejoice in him.

⁷ He ruleth by his power for ever; his eyes behold the nations: let not the rebellious exalt themselves. Selah.

⁸ O bless our God, ye people, and make the voice of his praise to be heard:

⁹ Which holdeth our soul in life, and suffereth not our feet to be moved.

proved us: thou hast tried us, as silver is tried.

Psalm 66: 16 - 20

¹⁶ Come and hear, all ye that fear God, and I will declare what he hath done for my soul.

¹⁷ I cried unto him with my mouth, and he was extolled with my tongue.

¹⁸ If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me:

¹⁹ But verily God hath heard me; he hath attended to the voice of my prayer.

²⁰ Blessed be God, which hath not turned away my prayer, nor his mercy from me.

Selah !!!

He brings joy in the days of destruction, when all we see and hear are times of trouble and persecution, HE BRINGS HOPE!!!

As many of our brothers and sisters in Christ are now being persecuted and suffering greatly for HIS name sake, but He has not forsaken them.  He has embraced them with peace and love and crowned them with many crowns.

Many of you I know have felt helpless and afraid, as I have, given the facts of the recent sufferings of our brothers and sisters in Iraq and Pakistan, my heart breaks each time I see how the enemy is out to destroy God's children.

Even some of you are faced with the struggles of every day provisions in your life, some of you are struggling financially and some are down trodden by a whirlwind of events in your life that have seemed to leave you paralyzed.

When it all seems to overwhelm us, the enemy then unleashes an all out attack on our faith.

But today I want to encourage you with the Word of the LIVING GOD!!!  Who is our provider, our protector and our refuge in times of trouble.

His word is sharper and more powerful than any problem or situation in our lives, we must re-program our minds to trust not in the realities of life that are unfolding around us but we must learn to stand on and trust in God's Holy Word.

Remember His word has promised us His provision and protection, even in the midst of darkness and turmoil, He is our guiding light.

He will not always remain silent at the mis-treatment of His dear children and His wrath will soon take this world by storm.

He knows right where you are today and can I just tell you that He is a mighty warrior and He's dressed for battle!!!

Psalm 68

68 Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered: let them also that hate him flee before him.

² As smoke is driven away, so drive them away: as wax melteth before the fire, so let the wicked perish at the presence of God.

³ But let the righteous be glad; let them rejoice before God: yea, let them exceedingly rejoice.

⁴ Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name Jah, and rejoice before him.

⁵ A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation.

⁶ God setteth the solitary in families: he bringeth out those which are bound with chains: but the rebellious dwell in a dry land.

⁷ O God, when thou wentest forth before thy people, when thou didst march through the wilderness; Selah:

⁸ The earth shook, the heavens also dropped at the presence of God: even Sinai itself was moved at the presence of God, the God of Israel.

⁹ Thou, O God, didst send a plentiful rain, whereby thou didst confirm thine inheritance, when it was weary.

¹⁰ Thy congregation hath dwelt therein: thou, O God, hast prepared of thy goodness for the poor.

¹¹ The Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that published it.

¹² Kings of armies did flee apace: and she that tarried at home divided the spoil.

¹³ Though ye have lien among the pots, yet shall ye be as the wings of a dove covered with silver, and her feathers with yellow gold.

¹⁴ When the Almighty scattered kings in it, it was white as snow in Salmon.

¹⁵ The hill of God is as the hill of Bashan; an high hill as the hill of Bashan.

¹⁶ Why leap ye, ye high hills? this is the hill which God desireth to dwell in; yea, the Lord will dwell in it for ever.

¹⁷ The chariots of God are twenty thousand, even thousands of angels: the Lord is among them, as in Sinai, in the holy place.

¹⁸ Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive: thou hast received gifts for men; yea, for the rebellious also, that the Lord God might dwell among them.

¹⁹ Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah.

²⁰ He that is our God is the God of salvation; and unto God the Lord belong the issues from death.

²¹ But God shall wound the head of his enemies, and the hairy scalp of such an one as goeth on still in his trespasses.

Psalm 68: 32 - 35

³² Sing unto God, ye kingdoms of the earth; O sing praises unto the Lord; Selah:

³³ To him that rideth upon the heavens of heavens, which were of old; lo, he doth send out his voice, and that a mighty voice.

³⁴ Ascribe ye strength unto God: his excellency is over Israel, and his strength is in the clouds.

³⁵ O God, thou art terrible out of thy holy places: the God of Israel is he that giveth strength and power unto his people. Blessed be God.

Selah!!!

God is not blind that He cannot see the demonic forces attacking His church, Nor are His ears closed from hearing your cries.

Shout and Raise your voice Oh Ye Children Of Zion for the Lord your God has heard your cry and soon shall He shine His face upon you,  do not be grieved by the hand of the enemy but stand in faith in a faithful God who will not fail you.

is still on the Throne, and even when you cannot see it, He is fighting for you.

Do not be weary in well doing, nor let the enemy of our soul defeat you, stand strong in faith and keep believing.
