Well it has actually been a while since I have written anything, but lately every morning when my eyes open my first thoughtful prayer is a grateful heart.  I just can't help but Thank My Jesus for His grace a goodness, even more so, in these trying times of Covid-19.   We have seen many loss of life and many battling not only sickness but also financial struggles and instability not just in our country but all around the world.

Never in the history of my lifetime have I seen such troublesome times!!!  But also I have seen more hearts cry out to God, I have seen more prayer in hospitals, I have seen more acts of kindness, as neighbors help neighbors, or families help other families who are strugging.

I have seen parents and teachers work together as never before in my lifetime to continue education for children at home... I have seen more church's reach out beyond the four walls of their own church and congregation to send messages of encouragement to those quarantined in their homes, they have shared the message of The Gospel, Built hope in the hearts of many around the world.   Many have turned to Christ and put their trust in Him.

Who is this man called Jesus? How can He help those who are in need during these most difficult times?  How can He change our situation?  How can we face tomorrow with a grateful heart in the midst of our struggles and heartache we are facing in today's times?  Clearly Jesus Is......

The Incomparable Christ:

 ¹⁴ in whom we have our redemption, the forgiveness of our sins: ¹⁵ who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation; ¹⁶ for in him were all things created, in the heavens and upon the earth, things visible and things invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers; all things have been created through him, and unto him; ¹⁷ and he is before all things, and in him all things ^[k]consist. ¹⁸ And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; ^[l]that in all things he might have the preeminence. ^19 [m]For it was the good pleasure of the Father that in him should all the fulness dwell; ²⁰ and through him to reconcile all things ^[n]unto ^[o]himself, having made peace through the blood of his cross; through him, I say, whether things upon the earth, or things in the heavens. ²¹ And you, being in time past alienated and enemies in your mind in your evil works, ²² yet now ^[p]hath he reconciled in the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and without blemish and unreproveable before him: 

Because of Jesus Christ, we can have peace in the midst of every storm.

We can have FAITH instead of FEAR.

We can have JOY instead of SADNESS.

We can have LIGHT instead of DARKNESS.

We can have HOPE for a brighter tomorrow.

Because of Christ we can believe in His power to provide for us rather than just our own.

When we feel we have lost strength and courage He will Be with us to help us.

Psalm 84:5
Blessed is the man whose strength is in You, Whose heart is set on pilgrimage.

When we feel discouraged in our governments and leaders, or when we feel everything is just out of our control, we can always trust in THE LORD!!!  Knowing that even in the midst of our hardest times, He will carry us through....He will use these times to reveal the hidden secrets of those in leadership and give us true insight into the hearts of men.

And I feel compelled to tell you today to BE PREPARED!!!

There are more unpresidented times ahead, and now more than ever we must stand ready to Lean on Christ as we become His hands and feet to others.

O LORD of hosts, Blessed is the man who trusts in You!

God hath not given us a spirit of FEAR but of POWER, and LOVE and a SOUND MIND... it does not matter our circumstance today or tomorrow, we can stand on the STRONG ARM OF THE LORD.

So I have just come by today to encourage you, in the middle of all of the chaos, there is a light at the end of the tunnell....

I'm not sure where you stand today or how this pandemic has effected you or your family but I do know that our HOPE ALONE IS IN JESUS!!!

He is attentive to your cry today...and all you have need of.

He has already paved the way for you to have PEACE, HOPE and JOY in the midst of these troublesome times.  

Will everything be perfect for you? 

NO!!!

But what a gift to have a GRATEFUL and PEACEFUL HEART during this time of crisis.

Even in our struggles when we call upon the name of the Lord, He will hear our prayer....He may not always answer the way we think He should but as long as we put our trust in Him our heart can be filled with Hope.

Let us send our Praises to the Lord who fills our lives with His daily benefits, He is not a God who is far away and cannot hear our cries, Praise Him and Lift His Name even in the midst of your storm and you will always find strength to carry you through.

Psalm 66

66 Make a joyful noise unto God, all ye lands:

² Sing forth the honour of his name: make his praise glorious.

³ Say unto God, How terrible art thou in thy works! through the greatness of thy power shall thine enemies submit themselves unto thee.

⁴ All the earth shall worship thee, and shall sing unto thee; they shall sing to thy name. Selah.

⁵ Come and see the works of God: he is terrible in his doing toward the children of men.

⁶ He turned the sea into dry land: they went through the flood on foot: there did we rejoice in him.

⁷ He ruleth by his power for ever; his eyes behold the nations: let not the rebellious exalt themselves. Selah.

⁸ O bless our God, ye people, and make the voice of his praise to be heard:

⁹ Which holdeth our soul in life, and suffereth not our feet to be moved.

proved us: thou hast tried us, as silver is tried.



 Even through the fire we can come out as PURE GOLD.

 I am so grateful today for all the LORD has done for me,

my heart is overwhelmed by HIS MERCY and GRACE.

 I know He will be faithful to you as you call upon HIM today.

You can find rest for your weary soul and a peaceful mind and a GRATEFUL HEART can be yours.

Let us ALL seek Him and Honour Him with ALL OF THE GLORY THAT HE DESERVES,  TRUST IN HIM with all of your heart and mind, do not fret about the things that you don't understand,

but acknowledge HIM in all you say and do....

Let us Pray the prayer of David and use this time to renew our spirit.

Psalm 51:10

Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.

We are not on this journey alone, God who has proven Himself FAITHFUL time and time again, HE IS WITH US!!!!
